This is my current bedspread. The center is a giant dahlia pattern made from oriental prints. I fussy cut the faces from a piece of geisha fabric for the fifth row, and the border is a Chinese coin pattern. I found both patterns in a old quilting magazine from the eighties. The white fabric is a thick, loosely woven fabric that I found in my stash, so I managed to use something old in this quilt as well!!! J.
