Pineapple Quilt

 

Tracie began this pineapple quilt shortly before her friend got married.  It is paper pieced. She had some of the blocks finished but decided after about half way through, that she wasn't a quilter. After about five years, she gave the fabric and blocks to me and I finished piecing it.  She was going to quilt it but, guess what.  After a few more years, I rescued it and quilted it and she gave it to her friend who by now had several children.  L.
