This quilt is made of blocks that my grandma or my great grandma made. I lived in my grandma's house for a year after she had been moved to a nursing home, and found these in a back bedroom. I re-appliqued some of them onto fresh backing. In one case, I had to replace a fabric that had rotted. I was able to get some reproduction fabrics for the sashing. It is hand quilted. J.
